On the same day that our assigned Home Manager moves into the property, utility company accounts are switched out of Homeowner's name. Homeowners save money every month on this expense until the home is sold. When the electric service is turned off, the house can become stuffy and develop stale odors. Mold is more likely to grow under these conditions.
Water Bills Often Homeowners that have a vacant home *turn off the water service* to save money and/or to prevent possible damage from plumbing leaks. When the water is turned off, the lawn and shrubs suffer, turn brown and often die. Curb appeal drops when watering is terminated. With the water off, toilets get stained and prospects or Realtors may use them not knowing they do not work. Showcase Home Management keeps the water utilities on and pays the bill.
Electric & Gas Showcase Home Management takes over the electic & gas account and makes sure these utilities are working properly. A home too cold during the winter or too hot and stuffy during the summer, will deter potential buyers. We want the Realtors and potential buyers to be able to view your home in a comfortable environment, which is a key element to getting your home sold.
