We professionally screen and place a House Sitter into your home based upon your timeframe. We do a background criminal and credit check on all applicants and provide an insurance policy protecting the home and contents during our management term.

Inspections
We put your home on our Inspectors weekly route so you are provided the same monitoring service as our other homes. If the House Sitter is not performing to expectations or chooses to leave, we will replace them with a new House Sitter. You do not have to worry that you picked someone that might damage or will move out early leaving you hanging. We take total care of your home so you will have no worries and peace of mind while being away.

Storage
We provide a climate controlled storage facility for you complimentary for your personal items. Simply box all valuables, clothes and any other additional items that you choose and place them into your private storage, which we pay the bill. You simply fill the storage with whatever you desire and use your lock to seal it.

Utility Bills
We take over the expenses of the homes utility bills including the electricity, gas, water and sewage. We also take over the total expenses of the following services for the home: Landscaping Service and Watering, Trash Disposal and Pool/Jacuzzi Maintenance Services. Homeowners will save a significant amount of money every month.

Pets
Pets are included in the package! If you have dogs, cats, birds, fish or farm animals that need to be fed and cared for, simply provide the food necessary for the timeframe you will be gone and we will provide care. Keeping your pet(s) at home instead of placing with a kennel not only saves a significant amount of money but also keeps the pet in familiar surroundings reducing their stress. We will evaluate the pet(s) time management responsibility to determine a fair arrangement for compensation.
