Showcase Home Management carefully screens and trains professional individuals that work for the
company as Subcontractors, which we call Home Managers. We train and test the Home Managers to make sure they understand all facets and rules of the program. For example: no smoking, no pets, minimal family photos, no clutter, no messy closets or garages, etc. We then assign the approved Home Manager to reside and manage the property until it sells.

| Decorating
We match the Home Manager by the furniture and décor items they own to ensure they will enhance the presentation of the home. Our Home Stager assists the Home Managers in the furniture layout and décor design of the home to maximize its appeal to potential buyers. Having a home decorated by a professional makes look like a "Show Home".

On applicants, we perform a criminal background check and credit report history prior to approving them to the status of Home Manager. These carefully selected, responsible, mature adults are usually people who recently transferred with a company to the surrounding area and want to live in a nice house while shopping to buy or build a home of their own. They tend to be professionals that want flexible housing accommodations for various reasons and somewhat adventurous to move into a home not knowing the term.

| Realtor
Showings
Unlike renters, home managers are contractually obligated to cooperate with realtor showings and Open Houses. The Home Managers keep the property in a "Model Home" condition 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to sunset. The realty company is required to provide a courtesy-call to notify the Home Managers of scheduled showings. The Home Managers leave the property during Realtor Showings to avoid questions from prospects. Once the home sells, they move out and transfer to another home to perform the same services.

| Maid Service
Homes that Showcase Home Management acquire may have been vacant for several months and sometimes years. We have an in-house maid staff that goes to the home to clean prior
to the home managers move in. The Home Managers are contractually bound to keep the home spic and span on a daily basis while residing there. Most Home Managers prefer to get assistance with regular maid service to keep it shining clean. |
