History
Showcase Home Management, LLC was previously named Texas Home Managers, LLC which was founded in 2005. It changed it's name in 2008 to match the Showcase branding of the affiliate companies. We have managed over 30 homes at one time however typically we maintain only a dozen properties since most properties sell fast using our services. We focus on providing personalized, high quality service to our Clients.

Staging Director
Roxanne Snyder is an Owner and Staging Director for the company. Roxanne is an (ASP) Accredited Staging Professional. She selects and approves the furniture & decor that is placed in every room of our properties. She finalizes the staging presentation of the homes and inspects them on a regular basis to maintain the quality of our service.

General Manager
Charles Masinter is an Owner and the General Manager. Charles is a Texas Licensed Agent and has provided Staging and Management services for over 10 years. Charles also has a background in residential remodeling and an asset in getting homes ready to sell. Charles is also a professional Photographer and Virtual Tour Builder.

Homeowners only pay a one time fee $895 for screening & placement of Home Manager and for the quality Staging Services.
